• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP verification codes.
• You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Orders placed through our platform are subject to availability and acceptance:

• Delivery Area: Deliveries are currently offered in Srinagar and designated surrounding regions in Jammu & Kashmir.
• Delivery Slots: We make every effort to deliver within your chosen estimated timeframe. Unforeseen weather conditions or traffic delays may occasionally impact exact delivery times.
• Item Availability: If an item goes out of stock after order placement, our team will contact you to offer a suitable replacement or refund.

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes:

• We accept online payments (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Panun Big Bazar reserves the right to modify prices or correct pricing errors at any time before order confirmation.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Placing fraudulent or fake Cash on Delivery orders.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or hack our web/app infrastructure.
• Using automated scripts or bots to extract store catalog data.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Srinagar, J&K.
